The tones have updated for sounds through the app my phone but not to the two additional chimes i.

I replaced an exterior light with a ring spotlight cam this afternoon. The positive battery terminal i connected by pulling on the spring on that side, stuck the wire under and release the spring back down, which held it in place. Before removing the existing light fixture, i verified it worked properly. Unfortunately, i was 800 miles away, so i could not look at the doorbell to see what was happening.

I think that is a very urgent requirement! Last spring, i was unable to do live view on the doorbell. How does someone go about getting someone from community affairs to return my emails.
